With more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Marshall Bishop has established a reputation as a passionate leader who is driven to further standards of restaurant excellence through a guest-focused approach to service delivery. His advanced experience ranges from working or staging at 3 Star Michelin to local farm-to-table restaurants including corporate dining.

As an accomplished leader, Marshall is skilled at leading high-performing teams of 125+ staff members to achieve company objectives for renowned establishments. Further, with a dedication to improving productivity and operational efficiency, he is able to develop operating manuals and monitor performance and quality. 

A few highlights from my career include:

  • Pioneered an innovative health and wellness café/program focused on vegan and vegetarian cuisine for Adobe Inc. in Silicon Valley
  • Established an innovative healthy prepared-meal delivery company from scratch, growing the company from 0 to 500+ clients and $3M in annual sales. 
  • At the Vegan Café Shaka Hospitality Group, led a 75-member team to drive successful openings of multiple new locations for restaurant group with $9.5M annual revenue.
  • Capitalized on advanced cuisine knowledge and molecular gastronomy to prepare outstanding meals for Atelier Crenn, a three Star Michelin restaurant that was ranked one of the Top 100 Best Restaurants in the World.
